Set in the heart of Granada's historic Albayzin, close to the Mirador de San Cristóbal, this charming townhouse combines traditional neighbourhood character with far-reaching views across the city. With a tourist licence already in place, it offers flexibility as either a permanent home, city base or holiday rental.
The House
The property offers 134 m² of built space, with approximately 96 m² of usable accommodation, arranged over several levels.
One of the loveliest features of the house is the small private patio set between the living room and the kitchen. Sheltered from neighbouring views, it is a wonderfully intimate spot for outdoor dining. The floor is finished with traditional pebble paving, characteristic of the Albayzin and laid by the same local company responsible for some of the neighbourhood's distinctive cobbled streets.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, both enjoying exceptional open views across Granada. The elevated position gives this floor a particularly impressive outlook over the city.
On the lower level is a large additional space, currently used as a bedroom. Although it has no windows, its generous proportions make it a useful and versatile part of the house.
The house benefits from a pellet-burning stove, providing efficient heating throughout, together with hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and living-dining room for year-round comfort.
Location & Surroundings
Situated close to the Mirador de San Cristóbal, it is surrounded by the narrow streets, traditional houses and small squares that give the Albayzin its distinctive character.
Local shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday services are within easy reach, while constant bus connections provide convenient access to the city centre.
Another significant advantage is the nearby parking area at Plaza de San Cristóbal, an especially useful feature in a neighbourhood where vehicle access and parking can be limited.
Full of character and with a particularly appealing little patio, wonderful city views and an existing tourist licence, this is a very charming and versatile home in one of Granada's most distinctive historic neighbourhoods.
